The Hytera PDC550 is a smart PoC radio. The radio combines a narrowband DMR and a broadband LTE. The radio makes the most of both technologies to meet customer demands. These requirements are in the field of versatile voice and data services.
The Hytera PDC550 can deliver critical voice communications and versatile data services. An example of this is, for example, with location and video streaming. They do this with the aim of significantly improving cooperation and results. The APIs allow custom third-party state applications to be developed, such as QR code recognition and license plate recognition. The radio has a 5-inch multi-touch screen, the touchscreen uses Gorilla Glass 3. The Gorilla Glass e makes the screen of industrial quality. The screen of the radio is easy to use, the screen works when wearing gloves, on rainy days and in bright light.
The radio was born to be robust. The PDC550 has an IP68 class, which means that the radio is waterproof and dustproof. The radio is also certified as MIL-STD810G, which means that the radio is drop-resistant. This applies up to and including 1,2 meters. Using AI-powered noise cancellation and dual-mic noise cancellation technologies, the radio can suppress noise and pick up your voice better in noisy environments. The built-in 2W (max. 3W) speaker allows the radio to deliver exceptionally loud and clear sound.
