Maintenance contract with Firecom

For a longer lifespan and optimal operation of your communication system, it is recommended to have the system regularly serviced. At Firecom BV you can conclude a maintenance contract for this. When you take out a maintenance contract with us, we take care of your communication system and you are assured that your system is properly maintained and periodically checked by an experienced technician. The software, firmware and other programming (if desired) will be updated.

 

We have three types of maintenance contracts. Below you will find more information about our contracts.

 

If you use WAVE, you choose one of our subscriptions lite, basic or extended and we add the WAVE extension to it. You get a 25% discount on the price of your chosen subscription because the support can be arranged remotely. For you and our advantage, we can carry out WAVE adjustments directly from our office.

Breakdown service

When you take out the maintenance contract, you will receive our 24/7 emergency number for reporting calamities. Our emergency service will start solving the problem within the agreed period.
