Delivery
We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible. It is indicated for each item whether it is in stock. If we do not have the items in stock, it is best to contact our Sales Support.
It is possible to pick up the order. You place the order and take touch with show up for an appointment.
Insured shipment.
You must pay in advance using one of the payment methods. The shipment will be transported by PostNL. You will receive an email immediately when the order is pre-registered with PostNL. You can track the package using a personal code in this email. *If you are not present at the time of delivery, the shipment will be delivered again the next working day. If the second delivery attempt cannot be made either, the package can be picked up at the PostNL post office or service desk.
If you have not received your package 5 days after confirmation of shipment of your order, we ask you to contact us via the contact form. or by calling 085 - 4011980.
Faulty product?
It is always annoying when a product is broken. For quick processing, please fill out the repair form/RMA form. Don't forget to include your PO number!
Transport damage?
That is annoying! We ship all our packages in sturdy boxes and have them delivered by PostNL. We would like to hear what is going on.
Complaints and incidents
We will always record the complaint in our 'improvement register' in accordance with our ISO certification. This will also bring your complaint to the attention of our management.
Reflection time
You have the right to cancel the purchase without giving a reason after receiving your product. Please notify us of this by email within 14 days. info@firecom.nl.
Return?
After your cancellation, you must return the product within 7 days. Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed, unless otherwise agreed.
