After we have received your request, a sales engineer from Firecom will assess the feasibility by means of a telephone conversation. If we expect that we can make this solution for you, we will consult with a field service engineer. In most cases, this is also the field service engineer who will ultimately make the product. After drawing up a prototype, we will discuss with you whether the product functions satisfactorily. If necessary, we can still make modifications or decide together that the project is not feasible. If we choose to actually develop the product, we will make every effort to include this product in our standard services. We will make construction drawings and determine the correct prices for the product.

We have developed a network monitor for all our customers, which checks whether the calling system is functioning correctly. When important components fail, we receive a notification immediately. We include this monitor as standard in our maintenance contract.
