Via the BHV Beeper you can easily alert the BHV from any smartphone with the BHV Beeper app. In the application it is possible to adjust the availability. In the dashboard it is immediately clear how many people are present / absent. You can easily add or remove emergency response team members via the online application. It is also possible to temporarily add extra people, such as flex workers or temporary workers. After adding the emergency response team members via the web application, the users automatically receive a short code. This short code can be entered in the application on the telephone. At that time that user can also send notifications, you can also disable this if necessary.
The BHV beeper rate consists of two components. The first component consists of the credit for sending messages. These messages can be sent via SMS or push. In this way, all phones support reception. You only have to pay for the SMS messages, so if you only use push notifications you have no costs. The second, and last, component consists of an annual rate for the use of the application. You pay this per organization; the application on the phone is free for the users. The standard subscription supports 200 users, optionally we also have a subscription up to 500 users.

The absence or presence of the emergency response team member can be changed automatically based on sensors in the device (GPS). We do not track the user, but only change the availability when the user enters a pre-selected zone. It is also possible to keep track of this availability manually. In that case this option is free.
Emergency Response Beeper is improved every day. We regularly add new functionalities. Groups can be defined which can be linked to alarm buttons with fixed texts and destinations. In the case of push messages, the emergency response officer will be able to indicate whether or not he is coming on.
In the portal, the report / incident can be followed up and it can be seen who comes up. This gives you a live overview of the follow-up to the incident. For a reception it is also possible to send notifications from a separate web page.
