Via the BHV Beeper you can easily alert the BHV from any smartphone with the BHV Beeper app. In the application it is possible to adjust the availability. In the dashboard it is immediately clear how many people are present / absent. You can easily add or remove emergency response team members via the online application. It is also possible to temporarily add extra people, such as flex workers or temporary workers. After adding the emergency response team members via the web application, the users automatically receive a short code. This short code can be entered in the application on the telephone. At that time that user can also send notifications, you can also disable this if necessary.

The BHV beeper rate consists of two components. The first component consists of the credit for sending messages. These messages can be sent via SMS or push. In this way, all phones support reception. You only have to pay for the SMS messages, so if you only use push notifications you have no costs. The second, and last, component consists of an annual rate for the use of the application. You pay this per organization; the application on the phone is free for the users. The standard subscription supports 200 users, optionally we also have a subscription up to 500 users.

Presence and absence of EROs

The absence or presence of the emergency response team member can be changed automatically based on sensors in the device (GPS). We do not track the user, but only change the availability when the user enters a pre-selected zone. It is also possible to keep track of this availability manually. In that case this option is free.

Emergency Response Beeper is improved every day. We regularly add new functionalities. Groups can be defined which can be linked to alarm buttons with fixed texts and destinations. In the case of push messages, the emergency response officer will be able to indicate whether or not he is coming on.

In the portal, the report / incident can be followed up and it can be seen who comes up. This gives you a live overview of the follow-up to the incident. For a reception it is also possible to send notifications from a separate web page.

Communication via Wave OnCloud

Motorola WAVE is an online platform for wireless and high-speed communication in all corners of the world. Unlike traditional walkie-talkies, these walkie-talkies, applications and control room applications are connected via the internet. The advantage of using the internet for mutual communication is that the range is as strong as the existing network. No central infrastructure is required. WAVE ™ OnCloud is a Push-to-Talk (PTT) service that connects phones, computers and radios - while making the most of your existing resources, systems and investments. Because it lives in the cloud, WAVE OnCloud is inherently cost-effective. The service is easy to use and there are no servers to buy, install or maintain. You pay a monthly fee for using this service. Installing the mobile app is free, but purchasing the internet two-way radio requires a one-time investment. As a subscription-based service, you can start or close easily and without capital expenditure. Provisioning is quick and easy, making it easy to add or remove users if your business needs to change. WAVE OnCloud is a great choice for organizations of all sizes.

Combination links

It is not realistic in all companies to use an emergency response app for alarms and communication of the emergency response organization. Especially for this it is possible to make various links with external systems or applications. For fast and reliable alarms you can, for example, link a building management system, presence system or management system. For quick location indication, it is possible to link a fire alarm control panel (BMC) via ESPA 4.4.4. With this link you can immediately see what is going on.

  • Link with 4G pagers
  • Link with fire panel
  • Support MDM
  • Remote programming
  • Automatic update

Combine emergency response apps with MotoTRBO ION

MotoTRBO ION makes it possible to combine emergency response apps with traditional walkie-talkies. Other devices do not support a traditional walkie-talkie function. This device gives priority to walkie-talkies, but also supports emergency response apps. In addition to using emergency response apps, you can also use WhatsApp on the MotoTRBO ION two-way radio, for example. All apps from the Google Play store are supported.
