Firecom Dmonitor

The Dmonitor Android application is an additional application for TeloSystems. It provides additional functions for security and control of the users. Below is an overview of the most important functionalities:

• Mandown alarm
  Protects your employees when they only work on falls and become unwell.
• Loneworker control
  This is a function that requires the user to press a key after a time interval. If not, an alarm is sent to the other users. Even if the device is defective or out of range, an alarm will be triggered for the other users.
• Emergency call
  By pressing the orange button 3x in a short time, an alarm is sent to the other users and by email / SMS including GPS location. This is a 'silent' alarm that the environment of the user in an emergency will not notice.
• Connection control
  For risk applications where every user is informed when 1 or more devices are defective or out of range.

Other functionalities of the Dmonitor are:

• Notification when switching on the appliance by email.
• Notification when switching off / on GPS.
• Disable / Enable Notification Mandown / LoneWorker.
• Notification of low battery level by email
• Local alarms when data connection is switched off.
• Location display on a map of other users. (TE580 / TE590 / M5)
• Send status notifications (On-Site, On the Go, Busy, Etc)

Firecom Status Viewer
The StatusViewer is a PC application for use with Dmonitor. This works on Windows, Mac and Linux PC.
The data is only stored locally due to AVG / GDPR legislation. It lists the users with the following functions;

• Online / Offline with date / time
• Current status. (On site, on the road, occupied, etc)
• Emergency call / Mandown indication
• Alarm on no user connection.
• Task assignment
• Current battery percentage with alarm <10%
• Log file all actions / notifications.

Firecom MapViewer
The MapViewer is a PC application for use with Dmonitor. This works on Windows, Mac and Linux PC. An overview of GPS locations of the users is displayed on an OpenStreetMap map. In case of an emergency call, the location of the user is automatically zoomed in. It is possible to show only the GPS location of the users in case of an emergency call. By adjusting the GPS interval update time in Dmontior it is possible to show a location change more frequently.
