Description of the Firecom monitor

In practice, we see that call systems (also known as PZI installations) rarely fail. However, it is never possible to provide 100% certainty about this. Current technology has so far not made it possible to set up continuous monitoring here. Firecom will change that by introducing the Firecom monitor, because we want to give our customers this 100% certainty.

Health Benefits

The Firecom monitor continuously scans whether the alarm network is still operational. This concerns a complete control from the central equipment to the alarm receivers. This check is performed every 45 seconds. If the network fails, the Firecom monitor will immediately send an alarm to our fault service. If you have concluded a maintenance contract with us, we will contact you directly within the set response time.

With the Firecom monitor you have continuous certainty and insight into the status of your alarm network. The system is provided with extensive reporting so that it is clear at what time the paging system has had to deal with a power failure or signal failure. In the event of a failure of your network, we will contact you on working days between 08: 00-17: 00 to check whether work is needed on the system. If necessary, our employees will come on site to solve the problems. In addition, the Firecom monitor is checked once a year by one of our employees for the operation during the maintenance of your call system.

Costs
