Firecom has developed its own app especially for alerting emergency response team members, intervention teams, visitors or staff. We call this app 'Emergency Response Pager' to be able to do the Emergency Response Alert in a quick and easy way. The Emergency Response Pager is the alarm medium that enables your employees to respond quickly if a calamity occurs within your company. In the free emergency response alarm app, they can alert their colleagues or call an emergency response officer at the touch of a button.

You can program additional settings and wishes via the environment www.bhvpieper.com/dashboard. In the application it is possible to adjust the availability of the employees who use the emergency response alarm APP. In the dashboard it is immediately clear how many people are present / absent. You can easily add or remove EROs via the online application. It is also possible to add extra people temporarily, such as flex workers or temporary workers. This provides extra flexibility in your emergency response organization!

The rate of the BHV beeper app 

The rate of the emergency response pager consists of two components. The first component consists of the credit for sending messages. These messages can be sent via SMS or push. That way, all telephones support reception. You only have to pay for the SMS messages, so if you only use push notifications, you have no additional costs for the emergency response alarm. The second, and last, component consists of an annual rate for the use of the application. You pay this per organization; the application on the phone is free for the users. The standard subscription supports 200 users, optionally we also have a subscription up to 500 users. We would be happy to set up the subscription for more than 500 users personally with you. After adding the emergency response team members via the web application, the users automatically receive a quick code. This short code can be entered in the application on the phone. At that time that user can also send notifications, you can also disable this if necessary. The absence or presence of the emergency response team member can be changed automatically based on sensors in the device (GPS). We do not track the user, but only change the availability when the user enters a pre-selected zone. It is also possible to keep track of this availability manually. In that case, this option is free for the emergency response alarm.

Emergency response pager App for emergency response alarms is improved every day. We add new functionalities on a regular basis. Groups can be defined which can be linked to alarm buttons with fixed texts and destinations.
