Description of the EkoTek Repeater and alarm button
The EkoTek repeater / alarm button unit provides a detailed location determination of the equipment. Each repeater has a range of approximately 20 meters. You can give each repeater its own name via the central hub. If the alarm is created in the vicinity of that repeater, you will immediately see where the alarm was created. For example: “Pager 6 man-down in the toilet”.
The sensitivity of location determination can be adjusted via the central hub. The system generates a unique network with self-healing properties. If one repeater fails, communication will be automatically restored via another repeater.
