Marketing Coordinator (32 hours)

What are we looking for?

As Marketing Coordinator at Firecom BV, we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can take responsibility for our entire marketing policy. We need someone with a strategic mindset, who is able to not only develop a clear marketing strategy, but also has the skills to effectively execute this strategy and achieve results. Analytical skills are vital; you must be able to conduct in-depth market analyzes to determine where our customers are located and how we can best reach them. At the same time, we expect strong coordination and communication skills, as you will work closely with different teams and external partners to coordinate and manage marketing activities. A creative mind is essential to come up with innovative marketing campaigns that distinguish us in the market. Digital literacy is also a plus as you will be responsible for our online presence, including social media. Above all, we are looking for a team player, someone who can work well with a diverse team of professionals to take our marketing to the next level.

What are you doing?

As a Marketing Coordinator at Firecom BV you are responsible for developing, coordinating and implementing our entire marketing policy. You play a key role in increasing our visibility and promoting growth. Your tasks include:

  • Carrying out extensive market analyzes to identify and reach target groups.
  • Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan.
  • Collaborate with our own content creator (0,4 FTE) to create relevant content.
  • Manage the marketing budget (over 100K per year) and ensure it is used efficiently.
  • Maintaining a consistent corporate identity in all our communications.
  • Coordinating participation in fairs and events.
  • Managing and optimizing our online presence, including website and social media (SEA, SEO)
  • All this with the aim of strengthening our brand and strengthening our position in the market.
