These are strange times when companies come to a standstill, events have been canceled and existing procedures have to be deviated from. It is precisely at these moments that Firecom is ready to complete its mission. We supply honest, reliable and fast alarm and communication tools. 2. Firecom Watchzi

The Firecom Watchzi is made to contribute to the fight against COVID19. The Watchzi is specially made for keeping visitors away from a desk or other workplaces. The Firecom Watchzi looks in front of a 15 degree angle to check whether someone is keeping sufficient distance.

3. Emergency buttons for corona hotels

In a short time there must be in different places in the country crown hotels be founded. These hotels currently do not have personal security and rapid alerting if patients need assistance. Firecom can provide simple emergency buttons with alarm receivers, but also in advanced emergency buttons on the GSM network with scenario-based alarms. We already used this for an object in April 2020.

4. Free communication application

Motorola has in 2019 Motorola Wave OnCloud platform launched. This platform provides during the crown crisis in free of charge communication via apps. We currently have 150 apps at our disposal and can assign them directly to healthcare institutions with communication needs. 5. Procedure for cleaning communication equipment

Several manufacturers have given specific instructions for disinfecting and cleaning radios. Motorola en Kenwood both have issued their own instructions. Firecom can further advise you on cleaning, replacing and disinfecting radios and accessories.

6. We provide our 3D printer

We are currently in contact with the first hospitals to deploy our 3D printer when making scarce parts. If ours need us, we can immediately scale up and our 3D printer will be used to make parts for mouth masks or other equipment. If you need a 3D printer, please contact us.

7. We use our rental fleet for hospital

We propose our complete rental fleet available free of charge to hospitals that need this equipment. If hospitals want to communicate with patients or loved ones want to communicate with patients, our equipment is ideally suited for that. If we are interested, we will receive this request directly from the hospital or healthcare institutions.

8. Our services continue unabated

As a loyal Firecom customer you trust us that your orders will be delivered to you or installed on time and undamaged. Now that we are dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) internationally, we realize once and again the importance of our products and services. That is why we have meticulously prepared to map out the effects for our colleagues, customers and suppliers.

  • We have increased the frequency of cleaning our work environments and made paper towels and disinfectant gel available to all departments.
  • We strictly follow the advice of the national government and RIVM. This now means that our colleagues work from home as much as possible. Our systems are fully focused on mobile working. This does not affect our normal processes in any way. However, you may sometimes hear children learning and playing in the background 😉
  • In order not to lose the dynamics of the daily business, there is always a minimum staffing per department at the office.
  • Non-essential appointments are canceled. We will inform you of this. If you have not heard anything, existing agreements will remain.
  • Our logistics center, a vital function of our company, remains staffed in accordance with current guidelines. This means that we will continue to accept and ship all goods for the time being. Due to circumstances, it may be that certain shipments are unexpectedly delivered late. We have set strict guidelines for our colleagues regarding physical contact with carriers and customers. We realize that we are dependent on the national postal and parcel services, unfortunately we have no influence on this. For now, however, we have not yet received any signals that deliveries are in danger of this.
