For a large customer with multiple locations worldwide, you take care of the entire organization of work within our current team. This includes the coordination of materials and the eventual customer contact with the main customer, in other words the project management.
Today a Firecom team is still abroad. They provide you with feedback on how the installation is going. The materials that flew ahead arrived on time. At 10.00:5 you will have contact with the main customer about a quotation for an installation that we will carry out in XNUMX months. You check which material must be at the customer on time and arrange the transport in consultation with the engineers. After lunch you have an appointment with our planner about the next trip. For this it is important that the correct items are taken from the warehouse so that they are transported on time. After the coffee break, you will inform the director about the progress of the project plan you have drawn up. After this you jump on your bike home!
