You can contact Firecom not only for advice and/or purchase, but also for the repair of walkie-talkies and pagers. Despite the fact that the walkie-talkies and pagers we supply are of very good quality, it may happen that they need maintenance, because certain functions no longer work. At Firecom you can go with all your questions and/or problems.
At Firecom it is therefore possible to offer your walkie-talkies or pagers for repair. Our technical service can examine/repair products of various brands such as Motorola, Swissphone, TPL and Kenwood. The costs for the examination are always €20 per device excluding VAT. If we have to offer the device to an external party, these costs may differ.
If you want to be assured that your communication equipment always functions properly, it is also possible to have a maintenance contract to conclude. The shipping costs of €15 will not be reimbursed by Firecom, unless the costs of the repair exceed €250. The expected date on which the repair will be completed remains an indication at all times. We can never guarantee with 100% certainty that a repair will be completed on the agreed date. However, we always try to repair your repair as quickly as possible. Our goal is to complete a repair within 10 business days.

The repair form must be filled in as completely as possible. After the repair form has been submitted, you will receive a unique RMA number from us at the email address you provided. You can use this number if there are any questions about the repair.
Please note: We cannot process a repair without a repair form (RMA number) or an incompletely completed form.
You can pack the products and send them to Firecom BV Randweg 12, Lekkerkerk, attn. Afd. Reparatie. Always include your RMA number. As soon as we have received the repair, you will receive a confirmation from us.
To speed up the process and ensure it runs smoothly, we ask you to write down the RMA number on/in the box.
Firecom's Field Service Engineers assess the repair. If you have checked the quote option on the digital form, you will receive a repair proposal by e-mail. This repair proposal contains an indication of the expected costs.
If you agree to the repair proposal, you can accept the proposal. If you refuse the proposal, the products will be returned. If you no longer wish to use the items, we can dispose of them for you in an environmentally friendly manner. The investigation costs are €20 per device excluding VAT if refused.
The Field Service Engineer has started working on the repair for you. Depending on the repair, we will order parts that are needed to repair your product. Firecom tries to maintain a large stock of service parts. Unfortunately, it happens that the necessary parts are not always in stock. These parts are then ordered for you from the manufacturer, which can increase the delivery time of your repair.
