The Motorola SL1600 two-way radio is Motorola's thinnest and most portable model. This Motorola two-way radio is specifically made for use in emergency response, hospitality, retail and security. The Motorola SL1600 two-way radio supports both analog and digital communication. In addition, the radio has a built-in LED display behind the housing. The LED display shows which channel the radio is on. You can also read in the display who is speaking at that moment. With the information button at the top it is possible to request the battery level.

Digital communication
The Motorola SL1600 radio uses the MotoTRBO protocol for digital communication. You are therefore assured of an optimal range with all the advantages of digital communication. The range is approx. 20% further than analog communication. Digital communication also makes it possible to program the emergency button, to call it individually or to send status messages.
Handy
The Motorola SL1600 is very handy and can easily be carried in your pocket or breast pocket. We have three clips available as standard for daily use. The first clip is directly on the housing, the second clip is around the radio and the third clip is a kind of handle. You can view the clips at the accessories. During your order you can indicate which clip you want.
Splash waterproof
The radio is ideal for use in an environment where it is sometimes exposed to water or dust. The radio is waterproof in accordance with IP54, which means that it can withstand splashing water.
IP Site connect
The Motorola SL1600 can be extended with a license for an IP site connect system. With IP site connect you can link different business locations or campuses.
