Battery life of the Motorola DP4400e
Because the Motorola DP4400e is used in industrial environments with long shifts, it is important that the battery continues to work for a long time. The number of hours that the walkie-talkie continues to work strongly depends on the battery. With the standard battery you can communicate for 16 hours in digital mode and 12 hours in analog mode. Extending range with the Motorola SLR5500
De Motorola SLR5500UHF increase the range of your radio network. All radios in the field communicate via the amplifier. In theory, the range will therefore be doubled. A good location must always be found for the amplifier.
The amplifier can amplify both analog and digital channels. In digital mode it is possible to use two different talk groups at the same time.
Explosion-proof design
The Motorola DP4400e is also available in an ATEX / EX version that can be used in explosion-hazardous environments.
Digital communication
In the event that digital channels are programmed into the radio, it has approximately 20% more range and excellent sound quality. Digital communication filters out background noise and makes it possible to have private conversations, send status messages or use other special functions.
Accessories
The Motorola DP4400e can be charged in a multi-charger for six two-way radios. The walkie-talkies are then neatly together and can be used immediately in the event of a calamity.
