Description of the Kenwood TK-3701DE
The Kenwood TK-3701D (also called TK-3701, TK-3701D or TK-3701DE) two-way radio is a new, digital and license-free two-way radio with a large transmission range. The walkie-talkie meets the IP54/IP55 standard and US MIL-STD 810 C, D, E, F, and G standard, which means that the Kenwood ProTalk TK-3701D is shockproof, dust and splash proof.
The replacement for the Kenwood TK-3401DE can be used both analog and digital and is therefore multifunctional. Digital communication is crystal clear and increases the sound quality to a wider range. Analog communication very slowly loses sound quality over a longer distance.
Thanks to the ability to communicate both analog and digital, the TK-3701D is easy to combine with an existing analog fleet, but is also prepared for the digital future. Switching to a digital fleet can be done in phases and thanks to the K1 accessory connector and the same charger, the accessories of the earlier models TK-3301 can still be used. The Kenwood TK-3501 is the simpler sister with only analog mode.
Upon receipt, the Kenwood TK-3701D is immediately ready for use. You can activate the walkie-talkie with the rotary switch and you can choose one of the channels via the channel selector switch.
Digital communication
When using digital channels in the radio, the TK-3701D has approximately 20% more range with excellent sound quality. Digital communication filters out background noise better.
Accessories Kenwood TK-3701D
The Kenwood TK-3701D can be charged in a multi-charger for six two-way radios. The walkie-talkies are then neatly together and can be used immediately in the event of a calamity. Optionally, we have many different earphones available. You can think of a simple Walkman earpiece to a detective earpiece. We have a speaker microphone available for use on the belt. The loudspeaker microphone ensures that you can communicate 'from the shoulder'. Especially for use in an environment with a lot of noise, we have earplugs available with a reduction up to 28 DB. This ensures clear, fast and reliable communication in all circumstances.
Protection
For optimal protection we have leather carrying bags available. The leather carrying cases protect the radio against drops, bumps and dirt during use. There is also a luxury carrying case available to transport the radios completely and keep them during events, for example.
