This VoiceCaller developed by Firecom sends a voice message (of your choice) to your two-way radios. The VoiceCaller is suitable for use in factories, shops, catering and retail. With this button it is possible to give guests and employees access to your walkie-talkie network. For example, if you have people at the counter, at an entrance or in a special department who need to be called up, then this is the right solution.
The customer arrives at the module and presses the button. The light on the button will turn on for the period of 2 minutes. You will hear through your own walkie-talkies 'There is a customer at the counter'. It is also possible to program a different text.

This VoiceCaller developed by Firecom sends a voice message (of your choice) to your two-way radios. The VoiceCaller is suitable for use in factories, shops, catering and retail. With this button it is possible to give guests and employees access to your walkie-talkie network. Freely programmable button with WAV file
The example in the photo has 1 freely programmable key. We can up to 4 place buttons on the module. On request we can deliver up to 128 place keys. Please pass on the voice message with your order. You can also send your own WAV file.
It is also possible to connect a touchless button.
Supported Protocols
The FPK-700 can be connected to your existing radio network. We have four different versions available:
- PMR - Suitable for analog license-free walkie-talkies
- dPMR - Suitable for Kenwood digital radios
- NXDN - Suitable for Kenwood walkie-talkies and two-way radios with the NEXEDGE protocol
- DMR - Suitable for Motorola, Kenwood and Hytera walkie-talkies and two-way radios with the DMR protocol
- TETRA - Suitable for SEPURA & Motorola walkie-talkies and two-way radios with the TETRA protocol

We have been using this button at the caretaker's lodge for a few months now. When the concierge is away for a while, they put this module on the desk. Visitors then report via the button and the concierge is informed via the walkie-talkie. Visitors now have to wait less long before being helped.
