From July 2021, the BHV organization of the Berner Products will use the Firecom BHV app for alarms and attendance of the BHV organization. The BHV app has various functionalities.
Presence
Firecom's BHV app automatically detects the presence of the number of BHV personnel at the primary location and reports when there are too few BHV personnel present at the primary location (to the team leader). In addition, the system has the option of pre-indicating presence at the primary location and the option of registering automatic and manual presence at non-primary locations.
Effort
When the BHV organization is actually deployed, it is possible to alert these BHV officers via the BHV app. This is also possible via a web-based dashboard with confirmation of deployment from the emergency response officer in the event of a report. Via the communication app it is possible to share photos, videos or voice messages with colleagues. After an alarm, a new message will appear on the phone screen. This breaks through any set silent mode or the like on device.
