1. Reflection period and right of withdrawal
- 14 Day return policy: As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product without giving any reason.
- Notification of cancellation: Do you want to use this right of withdrawal? Please report this within the 14-day cooling-off period by e-mail to info@firecom.nl.
2. Returning the product
- Return within 7 days: After your cancellation, you must return the product within 7 days.
- Shipping: Unless otherwise agreed, the costs for returning are at your own expense.
- Confirmation of receipt: As soon as we have received the product, you will receive a confirmation from us.
3. Refund
- Within 7 working days: After receiving the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 7 working days.
4. Handling the product during the cooling-off period
- Handle with care: During the cooling-off period, we request that you handle the product and packaging with care. You may view and assess the product as you would in a physical store. Do not damage the packaging.
- Liability for damage: If the product or packaging is damaged due to careless handling, we may charge costs for depreciation.
5. Reporting defects
- Within 48 hours: If there is a defect or fault in the product, please report this to us within 48 hours of discovery.
